Communication via telephone calls:
Telephone calls can be recorded and saved for quality improvement of our customer service. The recordings are only used for coaching, and only coaches and the employee who has had the interview with you have access to the recordings. The retention period of the telephone call is three months, after which the recordings are deleted.
For data transfer we use the so-called SSL security system (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with a 128/256-bit encryption. This technique offers the highest security and is therefore also used by banks for data security during online banking. All payment methods offered by us are extensively secured by the above standard. That your data is sent encrypted is indicated by the symbol of a key or closed lock in the status bar of your browser.
